Call or send a WhatsApp message. Describe the problem in plain words — no cooling, unusual noise, water dripping, or startup issues — or send a photo or short clip of the unit. A photo saves a lot. We ask about your area and property type to dispatch the right technician.

Assessment and price
The technician assesses on site. He inspects the unit and diagnoses the actual cause — not just the surface symptom. You get the price before any work begins. If parts need ordering or more than one visit is needed, we say so upfront.

The work
Work starts once you approve the price. We use parts of known origin, matched to the unit. When refrigerant refill is needed, we check for leaks first so the refill doesn’t need to be repeated soon. We leave the site clean.

Check and follow-up
We run the unit in front of you and verify cooling and pressure levels before leaving. The work is recorded under your name, with a 30-day warranty on workmanship.

How is the price calculated?
We assess first, then quote before work starts. The price covers labour and the agreed parts, and doesn’t change after completion unless a separate problem appears — in which case we tell you before continuing.
How often does the AC need servicing per year?
For split units in homes, typically once or twice a year — a full cleaning before summer starts (April–May), and a quick mid-season check for heavily used units. For central systems, the service frequency depends on the system type and usage, and is set within the maintenance contract.
Are you a company or a broker?
Seyana is a registered company in Kuwait. Our technicians are employees, not day labour. Where specialist equipment is needed, we arrange it and supervise the work ourselves.
My AC just needs a gas refill — do I really need a full check?
Not always. If the AC has lost a lot of refrigerant, that usually means there’s a leak. The technician checks for a leak first — if it’s minor and within the normal range, a refill is enough. If there’s an actual leak, we fix it first so the refrigerant doesn’t run out again in a week. We explain this before starting.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for homes?
Yes. We provide AC maintenance contracts for residential properties and villas, covering scheduled visits before and after summer, full cleaning, and resolving small faults before they grow. For central systems in villas and buildings, contract details are set based on the system, as covered in the section above.
